Provider Services and Experience

I believe therapy is more than managing symptoms; it is an intentional practice of self-reflection that fosters clarity and internal awareness. As a trauma therapist specializing in C-PTSD and identity development, I help individuals move beyond “stuck” patterns toward lasting transformation. My work is rooted in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. I view the mind as a system of parts—some that protect us, some that carry our oldest wounds—and a core Self with the innate capacity to heal and guide meaningful change.

I have a particular interest in the 1.5-generation experience—those who immigrated as adolescents and spend their lives bridging disparate cultural narratives. I provide a collaborative space where the unique pressures of identity and belonging are deeply understood.
In our sessions, we move at the pace of your internal system. For those living with trauma, the body can feel like an unsafe place to inhabit. Rather than forcing connection, we work slowly and safely to rebuild trust with your somatic experience. I also offer 75-min IFS healing intensives, allowing the time and space needed for deeper, integrated shifts.
